Use of flavorpulse.shop means you have read these rules. If you decline them, leave the site. Correspondence outside the site can continue where the law allows.

The filing name, street, phone, mailbox, license number, and D-U-N-S are here so they can be checked. Named pages describe written scope. They become an offer only if a later written reply says they do.

A signal note, a silence rest, and a pair mark are ordinary text. They are not a radio permit, a church activity, or a trademark filing. A flavor slip, a pulse card, and a beat count are not a platform partnership and are not a promise of approval, installs, clicks, or revenue. A flavor slip is not a menu. A pulse card is not a payment instrument. The .shop ending is not a shop.

The mailbox turns away fake reviews, account rental, incentivized installs, evasion of platform rules, fake traffic, and account farming.

Send only attachments you have the right to send. Passwords, payment cards, and another person's identity document do not belong in the mail.

Alaska law applies, without conflict rules that would send the question elsewhere. Court disputes go to the state or federal court with jurisdiction in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska. That place is a borough, not a county.
